Job summary

HyAxiom, the hydrogen energy arm of Doosan Group, seeks a senior service leader to oversee world-class customer support, spare parts, service engineering, and contract execution for stationary fuel cells in South Windsor, CT.

You will lead a cross-functional team across Control Center, Sales, Engineering, Test, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality, requiring 10+ years of relevant experience and degrees in Engineering or Science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Technology with substantial experience.
• Extensive experience in field service or a business role in a technology setting.
• Strong knowledge of fuel cell technology and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic, tactical and technical service and support for customers.
• Lead the field service engineering team and coordinate across departments.
• Manage service contracts, spare parts, warranty and field services.
• Develop budgets and ensure targets are met while driving cost containment.
