GE Vernova is seeking a Global Automation Operations & Performance Analyst to translate operational performance into rigorous financial insight and support governance of the automation portfolio. You will link COE, business units, and leadership to drive disciplined, high-quality execution and investment evaluation.

You will convert production metrics, downtime, throughput, quality/scrap, and labor data into cost/ROI impact, help standardize methodologies, and maintain dashboards that show

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, operations, investment/capital planning, or program management in industrial/energy/manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to translate operational data into financial insights.
• Hands-on experience with NPV, payback, IRR, ROI.
• Exposure to stage-gate/tollgate frameworks.
• Experience building or using dashboards/visualization tools.
• Experience in COE model or matrixed organization.
• Experience presenting financial/investment performance to leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Translate operational KPIs into financial impact metrics.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align business cases with real data.
• Develop repeatable methodologies to standardize reporting.
• Support financial evaluation of automation investments (NPV, ROI, IRR).
• Build standardized financial models and reports.
• Provide portfolio health insights and highlight high/underperformers.
• Contribute to tollgate criteria and governance.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and real-time project visibility.
• Communicate investment performance to leadership.
