Job summary
GE Vernova seeks a Global Automation Operations & Performance Analyst to translate complex operational data into rigorous financial insight, tracking performance and governance of the global automation portfolio. You will bridge COE, business units, and leadership, ensuring disciplined evaluation with metrics like NPV, payback, and ROI.
You will also support tollgate frameworks and standardized reporting across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, operations, investment/capital planning, or program management.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational KPIs into financial impact metrics (cost savings, NPV, payback).
- Partner with operational leaders to reflect real-world data in business cases.
- Develop standardized financial models and dashboards for KPI reporting.
- Evaluate automation investments using NPV, payback, IRR, ROI.
- Support tollgate framework and COE service offerings across portfolios.
- Provide leadership with clear, decision-ready investment insights.
