GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Lead within Heavy-Duty New Unit (HDNU) Controls Engineering to drive operational excellence across a global engineering organization. You will own reporting, budgeting oversight, and performance tracking to enable GT, ST, HRSG, and BOP project delivery.

You will translate complex operational data into clear insights for leadership, partner with HR and Engineering, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with strategic priorities and fiscal health across the

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in operational leadership, PM or financial analysis within engineering or large projects; budgeting, data management, reporting, stakeholder influence.
• Ability to lead high-priority workstreams and deliver under pressure.
