Traba is a technology company redefining staffing by connecting light industrial businesses with reliable talent. We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to ensure daily operations run smoothly and to support the marketplace with real-time troubleshooting and process optimization.

You will monitor shifts, coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager, enhance worker experience, resolve issues, and help build standard operating procedures while learning internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience at a fast-growth company in a customer success, business support or similar role.
• Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines.
• Ownership mentality and strong work ethic across daily tasks.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers.
• Customer management skills, problem-solving, and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure shifts posted on the marketplace are executed flawlessly.
• Coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and shape daily operations.
• Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on the platform before, during, and after shifts.
• Resolve worker issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with and manage workers to deliver the number required for clients.
• Ensure workers are clocked in/out correctly to ensure accurate payment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product for efficiency.
• Help build standard operating procedures and continuously improve them.
