Job summary

Traba is seeking a Field Operator to serve as the in-market operations lead, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. You will be the local face of Traba, building community partnerships, running onboarding sessions, and ensuring workers are vetted and ready for their first shift.

You will interact with multiple customer sites as volume and coverage require, manage the full worker funnel, and provide on-site support and reporting to HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
• Strong recruiting instincts with ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
• Comfortable leading large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with workers across the market and manage their onboarding through placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners.
• Oversee worker vetting, testing, and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding when needed.
