• 2+ years in a fast-growth company in a customer success or similar role.
• Proven ability to balance multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure shifts posted on our marketplace are executed flawlessly.
• Coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to understand customer needs and shape daily operations.
• Ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers on the platform.
• Provide excellent experience for workers before, during, and after their shifts.
• Resolve worker issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with and manage workers to deliver the number of workers required by clients.
• Ensure workers are clocked in and clocked out accurately for payment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product for efficiency.
• Support forward-filling or worker vetting initiatives when needed.
• Help build standard operating procedures and continuously improve them.
• Learn and master multiple internal systems.
• Help workers understand how to use the Traba app and handle sensitive issues.
