Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvement and process optimization.
• Review documentation, including insurance verification and authorizations.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter, track, and validate patient data.
• Analyze workflows to identify errors and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and communicate trends.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PPE, and infection control standards.
• Deliver, set up, and educate patients on home medical equipment.
• Assist training materials and onboarding, and cross-functional support.
• Meet quality and performance metrics while managing multiple priorities.
• Safely operate company vehicles for equipment delivery.
