The Operations Specialist provides the first line of contact and trusted consultant to our customers. This position will work directly with customers through telephone and electronic delivery channels while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include basic account maintenance and bookkeeping duties; review of deposit and loan documents and all file maintenance to ensure accurate up-to-date account information; monitor activity on controlled accounts; resolve debit card disputes and losses; and prepare/maintain deposit and loan reports; electronic banking support along with processing of customer ACH's Payroll and Vendor Payments and Wire distribution.Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and phone skills, be detail oriented; reliable; and have excellent communication skills.
