Job summary

Union Bank of VT & NH is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Operations Specialist position. This role will handle customer calls and provide branch support related to deposit products, using technology to assist customers and maintain accuracy.

The ideal candidate is technologically adept, delivers outstanding service, and has a continuous desire to learn and grow within our Vermont-based community bank.

Qualifications

• Mathematical aptitude.
• Previous banking experience and knowledge of Bank’s workflow as it pertains to the processing of items.
• Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
• Software Utilized: Microsoft Office, Silverlake, Net Teller/ Express Telebanking, Synergy and 4Sight.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide branch support as it relates to deposit products.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and a continuous desire to learn and grow within the role.
