Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Site Lead in Las Vegas to oversee daily tasks, coordinate dispatch, and ensure safe, efficient mission delivery for clients. You will liaise between management and staff, help create weekly schedules, document issues, and escalate as needed while upholding company policies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (and/or equivalent experience).
• 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Transdev’s safety standards.
• Deputize for technology; communicate with management, clients, engineers.
• Record delays; handle accidents or breakdowns per policy.
• Respond to system emergencies; complete reports and safety escalations.
• Monitor employee absence and tardiness.
• Conduct shift pre-brief and debrief meetings; communicate announcements.
• Support dispatch operations; lead meetings; liaise with stakeholders.
• Coordinate, monitor, supervise subordinates; raise issues with leadership.
• Ensure division adheres to global process standards; seek improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Apply policies; ensure safety of self and others.
• Ensure timely shift starts and efficient vehicle deployment.
• Cover day-to-day needs during call outs or shortages.
• Maintain fleet operations; procure supplies; manage third-party vendors.
• Perform all other duties as required.
