Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Site Lead to assist in oversight of daily transportation operations, acting as a liaison between management and employees. You will help create weekly schedules, document issues, escalate when needed, and ensure policy compliance.

The role supports AV-focused mobility solutions, coordinating dispatch, staff, and vendors, with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) required/preferred as stated.
• 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience or equivalent.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Transdev’s safety standards.
• Serve as deputy for technology, communicating with management, clients, engineers, and the public.
• Record and communicate delays; manage accidents or breakdowns as needed.
• Investigate emergencies; file incident and safety reports; conduct post-accident testing per policy.
• Monitor employee attendance and tardiness.
• Lead pre/post shift briefings and communicate announcements to the team.
• Support dispatch operations including mission assignments and stakeholder communications.
• Supervise subordinates and coordinate with other managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with global processes and drive continuous improvement.
