Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing, shift assignments, and coverage based on operational needs.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, documentation, and safety standards.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance and coordinates with Fleet Manager.
