Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Milwaukee to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee receiving and store operations. You will coach supervisors, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll act as Manager on Duty, partner with District and Regional teams, and drive results through staffing, training, and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of company funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record keeping procedures.
• Provide guidance to the Customer Service Supervisors to ensure they meet customer service expectations and smooth customer flow at the registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks and partner with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as the Manager on Duty; set the leadership example for customers, associates, and driving store results.
• Support the Store Manager and others in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in management of other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the District and Regional Management teams.
