Panorama/Integrity Rehab Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake, scheduling, and front-office operations. You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily workflows and a welcoming patient experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a willingness to learn across multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills to relate with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments due at time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to improve arrival rate.
• Manage scheduling, documents, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and complete compliance training.
