Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions seeks an Operations Representative / Sales Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator near LaVergne, TN. You will manage customer order entry, forecasts, and EDI orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role translates orders into supplier planning, coordinates shipments, maintains inventory, and supports accounting in collections. A minimum of 2 years in B2B order management is preferred, with ERP/EDI experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales/order management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/EDI/ASN systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order entry, forecasts, and EDI orders with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to customer correspondence and maintain complete customer profiles for continuity during team absences.
• Translate customer orders and forecasts into supplier planning and purchasing requirements.
• Coordinate shipments, monitor order status, and communicate with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory levels using historical usage and forecast information.
• Coordinate certificates of origin and USMCA certificates when required.
• Resolve customer complaints and vendor claims promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Accounting on collections and with other teams to resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
