Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, business operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with operational and financial data.
• Familiarity with dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, or workforce planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational planning activities and team operating rhythms.
• Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and follow-up actions for Supply Chain priorities.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and action trackers for cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve recurring processes, documentation, and team coordination.
