• Participate in a multi-site Operations Management Development Program with hands-on assignments.
• Rotate through winery and spirits plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams, communicate project status, and develop leadership and coaching skills.
