Job summary

E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking ambitious candidates for its Operations Management Development Program (2027).

The program offers hands-on leadership development, cross-functional rotations across winery and plant operations, harvest, maintenance, and IT product teams, plus Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive performance. You will gain exposure to operating procedures, policies, and performance goals while developing skills to lead teams, manage work, and make informed operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or hold a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Engineering Management; OR equivalent with manufacturing internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through leadership and technical assignments across winery operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, IT product teams, or process improvement initiatives.
• Develop solutions that support safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement; communicate project status and collaborate across sites.
• Two rotational assignments will be in Team Leader roles with hourly direct report responsibilities to coach and mentor others.
