Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business/Operations Management, or Engineering/Engineering Management.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to rotate across sites and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Join GALLO’s Operations Management Development Program and rotate through leadership and technical assignments.
• Gain exposure to winery and plant operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain, IT, Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Lead teams, communicate project status, and develop skills to make informed operational decisions.
