Job summary

Daniels Health is hiring a Recruiter in downtown Chicago to join the growing Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on Operations recruitment, driving high-volume sourcing and using recruiting tools to manage end-to-end processes for roles like Drivers, Production Associates, and Field Service Representatives.

You will onboard new hires, support hiring managers, and build pipelines while ensuring compliance with pre-employment standards and background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Customer Service, Manufacturing, or Call-Center positions.
• Experience working with Lever or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end: intake, advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, offer, and contracts.
• Support onboarding of new hires to ensure a seamless experience.
• Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs and new requisitions.
• Provide guidance on compensation and psychometric assessments.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet recruitment needs.
• Use sourcing techniques to identify candidates for operations roles.
• Create talent pipelines for identified functions and positions.
• Ensure pre-hire requirements: background checks and psychometric testing.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local pre-employment standards.
