Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-volume hourly hiring across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate aiming to gain hands-on recruitment experience while helping attract, engage, and hire frontline talent.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hourly recruitment efforts across multiple locations and business functions.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hourly and frontline positions.
• Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure staffing targets are met within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within Lever (ATS).
• Assist with offer generation, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring pipeline updates and reports.
• Support job fair planning, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling candidate and employee information.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring outcomes.
