Job summary

Anchor Mission Critical seeks a Controls Commissioning Lead to validate and integrate critical data center control systems. You will oversee BMS, EPMS, PLCs and vendor interfaces, ensuring alignment with design intent and playbook standards.

You will drive IST readiness, coordinate cross-discipline testing, and lead documentation quality to support operational readiness in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or equivalent experience.
• 10–18+ years of experience in controls, automation, or mission-critical systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading controls commissioning on large, complex data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the controls technical authority for commissioning scopes across assigned projects.
• Lead controls Pre-Functional Checks (PFCs), including L2/L3 readiness inspections.
• Validate sequences of operation against design intent and field execution.
• Coordinate and support Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Lead system-to-system integration testing (BMS, EPMS, PLCs, life safety, and vendor controls).
• Review and approve controls commissioning documentation and reports.
