Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. in Houston seeks an Operations-Quality Manager to coordinate and direct operations, budgeting, vendor and customer relations, and to develop effective quality control processes. You will drive continuous improvement, supervise schedules and resources, and foster strong teamwork to meet client expectations and safety requirements. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent education.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise and review specifications for products or processes to ensure quality control.
• Ensure quality management systems conform to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inspection of materials to ensure they meet requirements.
• Monitor internal processes for quality standards.
• Keep up on standards, regulations and news related to quality.
• Develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit and maintain inventory supplies and equipment.
• Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review customer requests to address service issues with management.
• Assist with budgets, plans and schedule modifications.
• Coordinate program specifications and contracts documentation.
• Collect data for estimates, labor hours, and expenses.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct supervisory management for facilities programs.
• Communicate with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Support training for new hires on quality expectations and systems.
