Job summary

You will plan schedules, supervise staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to meet service levels and budget goals. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership and supervisory ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service and assign personnel to routes.
• Inspect operations for safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Conduct quality audits and manage inventories and equipment.
• Coordinate budgets, cost estimates, and contract documents.
• Serve as liaison between customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintain and report on labor hours, overhead, and expenses.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
