Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to direct company programs and implement policy to ensure total contract compliance with customers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assign personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work meets standards.
• Audit and maintain inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Review customer requests for service and address with manager.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain and report on financial part of business (labor hours, overhead, expenses).
• Some travel is required for this position.
