Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. seeks a Critical Environments Manager in Houston, TX. You will coordinate and direct operations across customer contracts, ensuring program health, planning, supervision and high-level client relations.

You will implement company-wide standards, develop QA/QC processes, and supervise on-site assessments, training staff, and reporting to local management. Travel as needed to support sites and inspections.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree with 2+ years of applicable experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service, problem solving and time management abilities.
• Experience in project management and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations to meet contractual responsibilities with customers.
• Plan, supervise and maintain program health and quality standards.
• Investigate and respond to customer concerns and oversee RCA/CAPA activities.
• Support on-site assessments and ensure compliance with SOW and quality service.
• Develop and implement QA/QC processes and share best practices.
• Lead training for management and staff and prepare routine reports.
