Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to own quality control initiatives within Information Operations. You will analyze core activities, review critical systems, and ensure compliance with policies to protect investors and market integrity. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, risk reduction, and proactive process improvement.

Hybrid work with occasional evening/weekend requirements and a strong emphasis on collaboration with QA teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quality control, analysis, or root cause and trend analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Windows environment with Word and Excel; ability to extract data from databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical sampling and in-depth analysis of core Information Operations activities to ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform QC reviews of key systems and records to identify errors and ensure accuracy.
• Review documentation in the FINRA Entitlement Platform to prevent unauthorized access.
• Compile QC statistics and perform root cause and trend analyses to identify risk areas and training needs.
• Present findings to QA Manager and leaders to aid in action plans reducing risk and errors.
• Periodically review QA processes and expand QC coverage to new areas.
