Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and validate operational information to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Monitor requests, deadlines, and pending issues while interfacing with internal teams and clients.
• Support process improvements and validate system changes.
• Update and track information in internal systems and controls.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and operational dashboards to consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Identify inconsistencies, carry out corrective actions, and ensure traceability of all processed information.
