Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Quality Control & Compliance professional to conduct sampling and in-depth analyses of Information Operations activities to ensure policy adherence. The role includes QC of critical systems (CRD, EWS, Empower ID) and entitlement documentation for account changes to prevent unauthorized access.

You will compile QC statistics, perform root cause analyses, and present findings to QA leadership to drive corrective actions and reduce recurring errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in research/analytical roles, quality control, or root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in a Windows PC environment, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical sampling and in-depth analysis to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform QC reviews of key systems and records (CRD, EWS, Empower ID) for accuracy and access control.
• Review documentation in the FINRA Entitlement Platform for account changes to ensure no unauthorized access.
• Data analysis and reporting: compile QC statistics and conduct root cause/trend analyses.
• Collaborate with QA Manager and leaders to develop action plans to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
• Support training and guidance to QA staff and participate in process improvements.
