Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field and 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns routes.
• Inspects establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Maintains inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with planning, budgets, and contract documents.
• Coordinates with customers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Maintains financial reports: labor hours, overhead, expenses.
• Ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
