Job summary

Ohio History Connection is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to oversee daily site system operations and coordinate communications within the statewide historic sites network. The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, and collaboration with local management organizations.

You will support site webpages upkeep and assist with retention and documentation procedures while coordinating meetings and projects across sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated program or project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HS&M Director, Dept. Manager and Facilities re: site work orders.
• Serve as backup emergency contact for local management orgs.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate communications to and from sites and meetings.
• Plan and execute the Site Managers' Meetings twice yearly.
• Collect and communicate visitation data across sites.
• Maintain and document site retention and reporting requirements.
• Develop site webpages and related event pages.
