Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee repairs and maintenance across our sites. You will coordinate daily work, support construction projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure access control while aligning with safety and reliability goals.

You will assist in budgeting for operating expenses and capital projects, coordinate materials, and work with maintenance teams to secure timely service and equipment, reflecting our commitment to safe, efficient care

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as Power Point, MS Office and MS Outlook.
• 2+ yrs. experience in commercial property management, skilled trades or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily and future facility repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain customer relationships and support construction/renovation projects and vendor relationships.
• Ensure building access and secure competitive pricing for services; arrange contracted service and repairs.
• Assist maintenance technicians in obtaining materials and parts.
• Assist in creating annual budgets for Operating Expense and capital infrastructure for real estate and care sites.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties as part of the High Reliability Organization.
