Job summary

Ohio History Connection is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to oversee daily Site System Operations and historic site operations in Columbus, OH. The role coordinates communications with local management organizations and supports the Site Managers' Meeting twice a year.

The position requires an associate degree with 3–5 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with opportunities to travel to

Qualifications

Associate's degree plus 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree plus 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in program and/or project creation and implementation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations of Site System Operations and historic site operations with local management organizations.
Serve as backup emergency contact for local management organizations.
Monitor and report on projects; collect, aggregate, and communicate visitation data.
Plan, coordinate and execute the Site Managers' Meeting twice yearly.
Maintain historic site webpages and update event pages for each site.
