Job summary

JobsOhio is seeking an entry-level Program Coordinator in Columbus, OH to join the Sites and Infrastructure team. You will support program managers with daily operations, scheduling, and event coordination.

In this role you will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, assist with project records and agreements, prepare briefing materials, and help keep Salesforce and other tools up to date. Strong organization and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in program operations, scheduling and/or project coordination/management.
• Scheduling and calendaring for programs/projects.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external partners and demonstrate the highest level of service.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers in the Sites and Infrastructure team.
• Coordinate events and manage logistics.
• Prepare briefing materials and necessary documentation.
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with project records, agreements, and invoicing as needed.
• Coordinate and maintain Salesforce materials, agendas, minutes, dashboards, and reports.
