Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review contract scope of work and dollar values with Account Executive
• Check Scope of Work aligns with bid and ensure items follow normal installation processes
• Review Schedule of Values against bid/proposal and verify dollar values
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators on monthly billing requirements and review billing procedures
• Review bid/take-off with AE to ensure dollar values match contract
• Review contracted plans and diagrams with AE for questions and ensure diagrams match contracted scope
• Monitor RFIs/ASIs/addendums and revisions and track them accordingly
• Prepare labor offer for subcontractor and set up labor rates in Excel; review with AE and MF Operations Manager
• Attend weekly job-site meetings (virtual or in-person) and coordinate with general contractors
• Create change orders when changes are requested and manage the approval process
• Set up basic project information, manage submittals, and create internal SOV for project
• Verify SAP setup and kick off lot in SAP
• Forecast monthly numbers and update forecasts with the team
• Manage internal SOV for monthly billings and coordinate with PCs on billing questions
