Job summary

Convergint in Boise, Idaho is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to lead project delivery and oversee resources, driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Operations team to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and promote our colleague-first culture.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office. You will mentor project managers and coordinators while contributing to a positive, high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

• Customer focus – meeting the needs and wants of the customer.
• Leadership orientation – guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Manage resources, costs and customer satisfaction for project delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers/ Coordinators.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
