Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, project/program management, PMO, strategy operations, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate cadence and project management across leadership reviews, deal reviews, and team meetings.
• Maintain action-item trackers and follow up with owners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate agendas, presenters, materials and timelines across stakeholders.
• Maintain team dashboards, Airtable and Salesforce trackers, and shared docs.
• Identify gaps or delays and elevate issues to leadership as needed.
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements as business needs evolve.
• Collect and summarize updates for weekly executive reports.
• Support development of executive presentations and concise, audience-aligned materials.
• Distill complex information into key takeaways, risks, decisions and actions.
