Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions seeks an Operations Project Manager for a fully on-site contract role in Plano, TX. You will coordinate cadences, dashboards, and cross-functional projects to keep initiatives on track and aligned with executive priorities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in operations or PMO, strong Excel and collaboration-tool skills, and are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in business operations, project/program management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience with collaboration and project-management tools (Office, SharePoint, Slack, Airtable, Salesforce).
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with budgets, forecasts, and basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Operating cadence & project management including leadership reviews and team meetings.
• Maintain action-item trackers and ensure timely completion of commitments.
• Coordinate agendas, presenters, materials, and timelines across stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers in Airtable/Salesforce and manage shared docs.
• Identify gaps or escalated issues and support cross-functional projects.
• Prepare leadership-ready updates and executive-facing materials.
• Support onboarding and other operational needs as required.
