Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for the Marketplace to build systems, insights, and processes that scale our fast-growing marketplace team. You’ll own the data infrastructure behind how accounts are managed, track performance, monitor health, and generate market intelligence from ground up.

You’ll report to the Director, Marketplace Growth & Strategy. This role can be based in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ; remote and hybrid candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales/Revenue operations or related role supporting sales teams

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, account performance, and business trends
• Establish forecasting, pipeline management, and health reporting processes
• Administer and optimize the CRM, including data structure and adoption
• Improve onboarding workflows for sellers and partners
• Own data quality and reporting accuracy across systems
• Identify process improvements and automation to scale the organization
• Support operating cadence with cross-functional reporting with Finance and Analytics
