What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive labor strategy and ensure deliverables
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including updates, tool administration, and reporting
- Implement strategies to achieve learning objectives and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to deliver guidance to target audiences
- Handle assigned client projects and campaigns within set hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, operations management, or relevant experience
- Proven project management experience or certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management/Execution within a complex vendor agency setting
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience managing multiple projects across different departments and time zones
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Windows, Office, and Microsoft 365
- Background in project management with understanding of labor strategy and 3PL field labor
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively
- Awareness of new marketing and communications technologies and trends
