Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Project Manager on behalf of a U.S.-based financial staffing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving operational improvements and managing change across multiple teams. The position will lead key process and systems updates across all internal departments. It's a hands-on, execution-focused PM role that requires strong change management skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, including partners in India and the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end projects that improve how our operations teams work day to day.
  • Create and carry out change management plans that help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.
  • Keep everyone informed by organizing meetings, updates, and clear communication across teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, roadblocks, and progress, both internally and externally.
  • Drive project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and objectives are met with a strong focus on getting things done.
  • Lead team discussions and workshops to gather input, align goals, and make decisions together.
  • Work closely with international teams, including those in India and the Philippines, requiring flexibility to accommodate early or late working hours.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations-focused role, with a strong understanding of operational processes and efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate several teams simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand team needs and concerns effectively.
  • Strong executive presence and a proactive, "get things done" attitude, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience in facilitating teams and workshops.
  • Comfort and willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate effectively with international teams in different time zones.
