Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Project Coordinator - Operations in Chatsworth, CA. This role reports to the Director of Operations and serves as the intake, dispatch, and coordination point for the department across Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, IT, Fleet, and Warehouse logistics.

The role emphasizes tracking requests, coordinating vendor activities, managing compliance documentation, and supporting budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of administrative/coordination experience.
• Experience with work orders, vendor coordination, or compliance records preferred.
• Cal/OSHA 10 certification required or within 90 days.
• Prior experience supporting a multi-site organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and route incoming Operations requests; log, categorize, and prioritize.
• Dispatch requests to Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, IT, or Fleet staff or vendors.
• Acknowledge requests within 24-hour standard and communicate estimated response times.
• Track open tickets to closure and escalate overdue items.
• Coordinate vendor quotes, purchasing, and site visits; manage thresholds and approvals.
• Maintain compliance calendar and prepare audit documentation.
• Keep records organized; prepare meeting materials and status updates.
• Support new site setup, demobilization, and assignment of equipment.
• Assist Director and Operations leadership with administrative tasks.
