Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in program management, event planning, operations, marketing, communications, or related work.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using technology platforms to support communications, event management, data management, marketing, and workflows.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and limited travel.

• Plan and execute Center program objectives and events with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage program delivery, including registrations, logistics, travel, and materials.
• Create and distribute marketing content across channels and coordinate with Communications.
