Position Purpose Manages programs and program delivery, events, center operations, marketing activities, and stakeholder engagement for the Tuck Center for Entrepreneurship in accordance with Tuck’s mission, strategy, and institutional priorities. Serves as a key operational and programmatic partner to the Director, ensuring the successful execution of student programs, alumni engagement initiatives, entrepreneurial ecosystem activities, and strategic center priorities.
Description The Program Manager serves as the operational and programmatic backbone of the Center for Entrepreneurship, supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a diverse portfolio including fellowships, internships, experiential learning opportunities, events, and community engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Director and colleagues across Tuck and Dartmouth, this role coordinates communications, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and program operations to deliver high-quality experiences that connect students with founders, investors, alumni, and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. We seek an exceptionally organized professional with strong project management and communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively, balancing multiple priorities, and building productive relationships across a variety of constituencies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and motivated by creating outstanding experiences for students, alumni, faculty, and external partners.
