Job summary

Dartmouth College’s Center for Entrepreneurship seeks a Program Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of fellowships, internships, events, and community engagement. You will coordinate communications, logistics, and operations, partnering with the Director and colleagues across Tuck and Dartmouth to deliver high-quality experiences that connect students with founders, alumni, and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in program management, event planning, project management, operations, marketing, communications, or related professional work.
• Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using technology platforms to support communications, event management, data management, marketing, and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments and organizations.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate and exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to supporting a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and limited travel in support of programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Center programs and events with budgets and logistics.
• Manage registrations, communications, venues, travel, and materials; provide on-site and virtual event management.
• Develop marketing content and promote Center initiatives across channels.
• Oversee Center operations, budgets, vendors, and data resources.
• Engage students, alumni, founders, mentors, investors, and external partners to build a thriving ecosystem.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen Center strategy, operations, programming, and stakeholder engagement.
