Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and improves Workforce Center operations to support revenue goals and growth initiatives.
• Manages supply vendors and supports access to technology resources.
• Collaborates with external clients, vendors, students, and instructors.
• Coordinates training delivery logistics and aligns operations with program standards.
• Acts as point of contact for student services across communication platforms.
• Generates operational reports on enrollments, revenue, and costs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
