Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in operations-related field.
• Minimum of 4 years leading a multi-functional Integrated Product Team.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations planning and quality improvement is beneficial.
• Secret security clearance required to start.
• U.S. Person status may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary conduit between program office and Operations for development and production.
• Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance using Earned Value concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and recovery actions.
• Develop and execute manufacturing program plans and schedules.
