Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a high-energy Senior Program Manager of Production Programs Portfolio in Camden, NJ. You will lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites, manage cost, schedule and technical performance, and drive end-to-end program execution with a focus on EVMS and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience (or 16 years without a degree) and expertise in fixed-price and cost-plus contracts, as well as PM and EVMS disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience required; or 16 years with no degree.
• Experience with Fixed Price and Cost‑plus contracts; Fixed Price subcontracts.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of program managers and IPTs across multiple sites.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance on multiple programs.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts and EV baselines.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure program success.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
