Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Production Supervisors and team members.
• Oversee daily production plan execution and ensure on-schedule deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction using Lean principles.
• Lead cross-functional teams (QE, ME, Planner) for capability improvements.
• Develop and present monthly product and program status reports.
